When looking around at promotional gifts websites you see offers of a 48 hour express service, or perhaps 5 days. This is nearly always measured in working days, from sign off of the proof - to the shipping date. So if there is a query on the proof and the job has to be reproofed this may well push the delivery date back. Or if a proof has been sent to you and it has gone to the wrong email address or you simply were not in the office to be able to respond, then this may also cause delays.

Often the rush jobs happen in the middle of the summer when, in all fairness, the factories may have lower staffing levels, or around bank holidays - and again the responsiveness can be slightly reduced.

In addition, we will allocate 2 days for a next day courier service, as there are many reasons why a next day service will not deliver when you most need it.

So  we may start with a 48 hour service from the factory and then we build in some time for  those things that can happen when a rush job is underway - so you should get the merchandise in time for your event - not after.
